About
About LogicFire.app
LogicFire.app is made by an independent Australian developer building calm tools for ADHD brains.
A timer that measures the right thing
Most focus timers count hours, which rewards being near a desk. Timer counts runs instead: how long you hold your attention before something breaks it. That is the skill that grows with practice, so it is the number worth watching.
It is built for ADHD first. Starting is always one press. A distraction is logged as a measurement, never as a failure. A missed day never wipes out what you did, nothing turns red and nobody in a group is ranked. The guide explains the reason behind each of these choices.
The essays come from the same place: one study technique at a time, what the research found and how sure it is, and one small way to try it with the timer.
Who writes them, and how
The essays are signed LogicFire.app. They come from the developer who makes the site and the timer, and every one is made the same way:
- Drafted with AI help, then read and approved before publishing. Every claim links to its source, so you can check it yourself, and limits are said plainly.
- Who was studied: how many people, and whether people with ADHD were among them. Where the research is thin, the essay says so.
- The timer steps follow the timer’s own guide, so the buttons named are the ones you will see.
- The same plain style every time: Australian spelling, short sentences, nothing urgent and no guilt. A checker catches American spelling and other slips of style, and the site won’t publish an essay until it passes.
The essays are general information, not medical advice. For help with ADHD itself, talk to a GP or another health professional.

How it is paid for
The timer is free, with or without an account, and nothing about you is sold. Ads from Google AdSense are how the site pays its way. When they are switched on, they appear on the guide, the essays and the timer page, never over the timer while it runs, never in Settings or the sign-in window and never on the visual timer. Account holders can hide them on the timer and the guide, for now. The essays on logicfire.app can’t tell who is signed in, so they are the same for everyone. The privacy page sets out what Google receives when a page carries its code.
